Betsy McGinnity

Betsy received her BA from Trinity College in Washington, DC and her M.Ed. from the University of Washington in Seattle. She retired from a long career working on behalf of children with deaf-blindness and multiple disabilities, most recently at the Perkins School for the Blind.

Betsy started taking classes with Rainbow in 2019, joined the Curriculum Committee in 2023 and joined Rainbow’ Board in 2024. She has facilitated discussions for the TED Talks course and the Russian Short Story Course.
